MUNICIPAL SERVICES
When taking a closer look at services provided by The RITE Plan Initiative we must remember two overarching goals of our organization. Goal one is to provide municipalities with Full Comprehensive Development Master Plans that can be put into action in short order. These comprehensive plans, once partnered with local QALICBs, are tailored to follow the needs and desires of the community for the entire area. The plans are designed to be attractive to larger developers for partnership. Each of the individual projects that make up the full comprehensive plans are supported by The RITE Plan Financing Structure. Our alternative financing structure allows for rapid large scale revitalization construction. These Comprehensive Development Master Plans, The RITE Plan Financing Structure, and access to our strategic partnership network are provided to municipalities free of charge. Additional free services include helping municipalities directly apply for grants, certifications, and designations.
TRPI finds projects for these comprehensive plans through partnerships with local Qualified Active Low-Income Community Businesses or QALICBs. TRPI also designs and produces Full Project Development Plans for individual projects to fill in any gaps not covered by local QALICBs. Whether a TRPI Project or a local QALICB Project, each project's development plan shall consist of all necessary due diligence to fully execute The RITE Plan Financing Structure. This consistency is important for an area's comprehensive plan to maintain as close to a shovel ready quality throughout. Each Project Development Master Plan that is included in an area's Comprehensive Development Master Plan shall consist of, but not limited to, the following sections:

QALICB PROJECT SERVICES
The RITE Plan Initiative offers various services at severely discounted rates to Qualified Active Low-Income Community Businesses, or QALICBs, as a part of our mission. We want to provide as many opportunities to local entrepreneurs and developers as possible by granting access to costly services to members of the communities that we serve. These services usually aid QALICBs in completing predevelopment and any financing related due diligence for new construction or certain rehab projects. The vast majority of this work, including blueprints, is completed in house by TRPI, but specialized project needs are sometimes subcontracted out to local contractors. Depending on the specifics of a development these services can be delivered over a period of 3 to 12 months. Financing and Fundraising options are available for services if assistance is needed after QALICB discount.

QALICB INCUBATOR SERVICES
In addition to the project services offered to QALICBs, TRPI also offers business related services to QALICBs as well. Business Services offered are centered around The RITE Plan Initiative serving as an incubator. It is extremely important to TRPI to provide as many opportunities for local businesses and entrepreneurs to participate in the redevelopment of their own communities. It is also important to us to aid all QALICBs with the necessary training and counseling needed to be qualified to operate or own the projects they wish to build. Depending on the specific need of a business these services can be delivered over a period of 3 to 12 months. Financing and Fundraising options are available for services if assistance is needed after QALICB discount.
