City of east st. louis full rite plan

The RITE Plan Initiative takes pride in its ability to deliver quality work for free to communities and at a severely discounted rate to local Qualified Active Low-Income Community Businesses in each area that it serves. An example of our work that is offered directly to municipalities can be seen in our Full Comprehensive Development Master Plan offered to the City of East St. Louis, Illinois. The development of this plan began in 2013 in East St. Louis during the administration of Fmr. Mayor Alvin Parks, Jr. Since that time TRPI has partnered with a slew of local QALICBs to fill in the City's Map with planned structures. All associated structures on the maps have been planned to scale, have budgets, and due diligence to support their numbers.

To keep community and citizen involvement, TRPI will survey the immediate neighborhood where a project is planned before any construction begins. The survey will engage public opinion on whether or not a particular planned development is good for the neighborhood, if there are any alternative plans that are more appealing, and if the end users/operators are good for the community. For full transparency the results of said surveys will be listed in the Belleville News Democrat and East St. Louis Monitor, as well as on The RITE Plan Initiative website. This engagement is especially important to TRPI, because our ultimate goal is for every single RITE Plan Project to have citizen ownership participation.
