The RITE Plan Initiative is a nonprofit real estate developer leading a nationwide effort to revitalize impoverished urban and rural communities. Our focuses are on municipalities within Opportunity Zones, New Markets Tax Credit Census Tracts, and other highly distressed areas.
The overall goal is to strengthen communities by providing equity in development projects as a source of revenue in addition to the new tax bases that The RITE Plan creates. The mission is to provide as many resources as possible for the people within the communities that The RITE Plan serves for continued redevelopment of the area. Through strengthening municipalities and providing programs that inspire social change we serve the underserved.
